We are looking for a Support Trainer who is ready to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit future!

In this role, you will be supporting new hires' onboarding, preparing and delivering trainings for in-house support employees and Service Providers and participating in side projects of support training team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage full onboarding cycle: deliver trainings, recaps, checkpoints and verify training labs;
  • Prepare and deliver trainings on request from support management team;
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions for Service Providers on demand;
  • Update existing training materials according to the most recent products changes;
  • Work on internal training team's projects;
  • Perform individual assignments from training team's manager;

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 2 + years of experience in a customer service (Support Engineer or Support Trainer);
  • Self time management and ability to switch between multiple tasks in accordance with deadlines;
  • Excellent communicating and presenting skills and ability to explain complicated materials in a clear and comprehensive manner;
  • Ability to work independently and in cooperation with team members;
  • Ability to solve problems and independently deal with issues that arise when working on personal assignments;
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - experienced user level;
  • Administrator-level technical expertise in Windows and Linux, Networking, Virtualization;
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills;

Would be considered plus if you have

  • Knowledge of Acronis solutions for Service Providers;
  • Second fluent language;
