We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As the Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for setting the monthly sales targets and the overall achievement of sales targets. You will look into expanding the channel distribution and driving sales opportunities by providing leadership and analyze the sales performance periodically.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Selection of key accounts based on the company's strategy, development of account plans, and their maintenance and enhancement
  • Maintain adequate sales pipeline to exceed sales quota, strong relationship with existing account and identify business prospects
  • Penetrate top target accounts in identified market segments
  • Cross sell and up-sell into customer base
  • Acquire new buying accounts through cold-calling, aligning with partners, demand gen. programs, etc
  • Work closely with channel partners to drive opportunities to closure
  • Manage all leads, contacts, accounts, key corporate partners with objective to grow long-term strategic partnerships driving incremental sales for the Company
  • Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration as and when required
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and requirements
  • Good knowledge of market demand in Security solution / Backup recovery solution and competition
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns
  • Follow the Sales Process by following-up on high probability leads and maintain knowledge of Acronis offerings
  • Enablement of the sales and engineers at the assigned partners with the help of the internal resources (e.g., SE, Marketing)
  • Other duties as assigned by GM Japan

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Must possess at least a College degree or Post Grad diploma qualification in IT/Sales/Marketing/Business Administration
  • Advanced Japanese (oral and written skills close to that of native speaker)
  • Intermediate or higher level of English (read and written skills)
  • Strong sales qualifying, email marketing skills, ability to reach prospects creatively, position Acronis products and manage objections
  • Understanding of sales process and moving prospects through the pipeline from qualification through to closed sale
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Track record of successful account management as well as net new account development
  • Have sufficient experience and knowledge of channels, players and business structures in the Japanese IT business
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality
