Support Trainer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the onboarding process for new support employees, including training sessions, checkpoints, and lab verifications
Prepare and deliver structured training programs for in-house support teams
Conduct targeted training sessions for Service Providers, based on regional or product-specific needs
Develop and update training materials in line with product releases and process changes
Collaborate with support leadership and SMEs to identify knowledge gaps and address them effectively
Work on internal training team initiatives, including projects to improve knowledge sharing and onboarding efficiency
Deliver one-on-one or small group training sessions to reinforce learning and support individual development needs
Maintain detailed documentation and reports on training attendance and outcomes
Support broader enablement initiatives as part of the Support Operations department
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of experience in technical training, onboarding, or a support enablement role
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience leading virtual and in-person sessions
Familiarity with IT support operations, customer service workflows, or technical troubleshooting
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation tools
Detail-oriented with a passion for knowledge sharing and employee development
Previous experience in a cybersecurity or MSP environment is a plus
Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
