Channel Development Manager

We are entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and expansion, and we’re looking for a Channel and Sales Development Manager (English/Hungarian) to join our team and help us build a #CyberFit future while protecting the digital world.
In this role, you will focus on driving new business with corporate end customers across Eastern Europe, as well as identifying and closing add-on sales opportunities within both new and existing customer accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls and emails.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
Handle customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and technical requests; qualify projects based on needs.
Collaborate positively with customers, Acronis partners, and distributors to support the full sales cycle.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners based on a solid understanding of Acronis technology, products, and services.
Team up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals across Eastern Europe.
Work closely with distributors, Acronis Sales Managers, and Sales Engineers to ensure successful deal closure.
Understand customer needs and requirements to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven experience in a cybersecurity or IT solutions company, with a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
Demonstrated sales experience with channel and end-customer engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong time management, organizational skills, and persistence in follow-ups.
Ability to clearly articulate product features and confidently address customer questions.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Ability to make 30+ outbound calls daily.
Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable team player.
Fluent in English. Hungarian and Czech are nice to have
