RevTech & Integrations Specialist

In this role, you will develop and translate business requirements into engineered, automated solutions and contribute to innovative projects and process improvements. You will work with best‑in‑class technologies alongside a high‑performing team with a proven ability to execute. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, RevTech & Integrations within the Revenue Operations department—a technology services center supporting both marketing and sales organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing technology, product, sales operations, and engineering—to deliver scalable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives, managing relationships, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure development efforts are accurate, timely, and consistent; proactively address blockers and escalate risks where necessary.
- Lead recurring stakeholder check‑ins to manage expectations, monitor timelines, identify at‑risk deliverables, and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot data flows, campaign issues, and automation failures by performing root‑cause analyses and driving resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for optimization or automation to increase marketing campaign efficiency and operational scalability.
- Continuously stay informed on evolving marketing technologies, ecosystem trends, and platform best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Engineering mindset with the ability to quickly learn and work confidently with low‑code/no‑code solutions. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals is highly valued.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of platform capabilities and the ability to evaluate requirements and recommend suitable technical approaches.
- Passion for marketing technology, automation, and supporting data‑driven marketing innovation.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and experience analyzing and resolving sophisticated operational or technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong project‑management skills and experience improving or redesigning business processes.
