Campaign Project Manager

As the Campaigns Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning campaign pilots from concept to completion. Your work will focus on testing new approaches, operationalizing successful concepts, and creating frameworks for broader adoption. On a day-to-day basis, you will support campaign operations by managing performance reports, tracking tasks and timelines, pulling and analyzing data from Salesforce (SFDC) and other marketing tools, and ensuring campaign metrics are accurately captured and communicated.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the execution of pilot campaigns from concept to launch, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Work closely with global marketing, sales, product, and digital teams to align on goals, resources, and messaging
- Support the design and testing of new campaign approaches, gathering insights, and identifying opportunities to scale what works
- Track campaign performance through reporting and dashboards, analyze results, and share actionable recommendations to optimize impact
- Collaborate on targeted partner and account engagement initiatives, tailoring pilots to specific segments and priorities
- Coordinate special marketing projects outside of standard programs, ensuring visibility and smooth execution
- Help operationalize successful pilots by building repeatable frameworks and processes that can be adopted across teams and regions
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or related roles — ideally within B2B or IT/cybersecurity environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and digital campaign platforms
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to track campaign KPIs, generate actionable insights, and support performance optimization.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills
