Senior Full-stack Developer

The Senior Full-stack Developer, with a strong system-level mindset, will be responsible for architectural ownership, technical direction, and continuous improvement across Partner Experience Platforms. While remaining hands-on, the role acts as a technical mentor and challenger, proactively identifying better solutions, introducing new approaches, and ensuring long-term platform coherence. The position focuses on elevating overall team quality, scalability, and delivery effectiveness without people-management responsibilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design and develop scalable, responsive full-stack solutions for Partner Experience Platforms
Own frontend and UI architecture across the Partner Portal ecosystem
Build and evolve component-driven UI systems using Vue.js and modern frameworks
Define and enforce UI and frontend development standards and best practices
Act as a technical mentor and reference point for engineers across the team
Lead design and code reviews, challenging solutions and improving overall quality
Drive architectural decisions across UI, integration, and system boundaries
Integrate applications with Salesforce, APIs, SSO, and backend services
Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies or patterns to reduce complexity and delivery time
Ensure performance, security, and stability across Partner UI platforms
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
6+ years of experience in full-stack development for enterprise or SaaS platforms
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and component-based UI design
Proven experience owning frontend or UI architecture at system level
Strong understanding of RBAC, authentication, and authorization patterns
Experience integrating with Salesforce, REST APIs, and enterprise backends
Deep understanding of SSO, OAuth2, and SAML flows
Experience defining engineering standards and architectural guidelines
Strong mentoring mindset and ability to challenge solutions constructively
System-level thinking and ownership beyond individual tasks
Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
