You will manage a team of Product Managers overseeing RMM and PSA products, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to build best-in-class solutions that transform IT service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term strategy for RMM & PSA, aligning with Acronis’ mission to unify IT management, security, and automation.
Roadmap Ownership: Lead the product roadmap, prioritize AI-driven features (predictive maintenance, automated remediation), and scalability enhancements based on MSP needs.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated team of product managers, fostering innovation and execution excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Support to deliver high-impact products.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor trends in IT automation, MSP Ops, and competing platforms to maintain competitive differentiation.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive product launches, messaging, and adoption.
Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in RMM, PSA, IT automation, and/or MSP-focused SaaS platforms.
5+ years of leadership experience, managing product managers or cross-functional teams.
Strong technical understanding of RMM, endpoint management, and PSA solutions.
Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution.
Knowledge of MSP business models and the automation of their processes in service delivery. Additional knowledge of providers and B2B IT services is highly desirable.
Experience with planning, resourcing, budgeting, handling dependencies, long-term roadmaps, Agile environments, project management, and virtual teaming.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
