Senior Manager, Global Facilities

We are seeking a Global Facilities Senior Manager to lead our global workplace and facilities function across approximately 15 office locations worldwide. This role will report into the CHRO and is responsible for shaping and executing a scalable, cost-effective, and employee-centric facilities strategy that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and a consistent workplace experience across regions.
The Senior Manager of Global Facilities will oversee all aspects of facilities strategy and operations, including office footprint planning, site selection, space optimization, vendor and lease management, cost control, and on-site team leadership. This role manages a globally distributed team of office managers, coordinators, and facilities professionals and partners closely with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and regional leaders to drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the global facilities and workplace strategy in alignment with business and people priorities
Oversee facilities operations across ~15 global office locations, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
Drive office footprint planning, including new site identification, expansions, consolidations, and exits
Optimize space utilization and workplace design to balance employee experience, collaboration, and cost efficiency
Own global facilities budgets and lead cost optimization initiatives
Manage leases, service contracts, and vendor relationships
Lead global facilities projects such as office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and closures
Establish global standards, policies, and best practices while allowing for regional flexibility
Directly manage and develop a distributed team of on-site office managers and facilities staff
Oversee governance and optimization of Acronis’ global travel portal tool
Act as a strategic partner and subject-matter expert for facilities-related decisions, influencing outcomes in collaboration with executive and cross-functional stakeholders
Directly manage and develop a globally distributed team of office managers, coordinators, and facilities professionals
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate real estate
- Proven experience leading multi-site or global facilities portfolios
- Strong people leadership experience managing teams across multiple geographies
- Familiarity with hybrid or distributed workforce models
- Demonstrated success in budget ownership, vendor management, and cost optimization
- Experience leading complex facilities projects (e.g., office build-outs, relocations, consolidations)
- Strong business judgment with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience in a global technology or SaaS environment preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
