QA Engineer - PSA

You will work on testing the PSA, ensuring stable client-side functionality and its correct interaction with cloud services. The role it is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical investigation, clear communication, and working efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to clarify business and technical requirements.
Design test scenarios and test cases for new and existing functionality.
Execute functional tests (manual and automated where applicable), report defects, and verify fixes.
Investigate issues using logs, system tools, network traces, metrics, and API responses.
Participate in discussions with R&D teams to communicate risks, unexpected behavior, and edge cases.
Analyze customer issues in cooperation with Support and engineering teams.
WHO WE ARE
2+ years in QA, Automation, Support, or Software Development roles.
Strong understanding of QA approaches: test design, test execution, defect lifecycle, regression planning.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to automate repetitive QA activities (test case generation, log analysis, investigation workflows) and improve personal productivity.
Proactive in identifying opportunities to automate QA workflows, including effective use of AI tools where appropriate.
Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS fundamentals and REST API basics.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and architecture descriptions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
Good to Have
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with CI/CD, Git, or artifact repositories.
Exposure to CRMs/PSA concepts.
Experience analyzing customer logs, crash dumps, or performance data.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
