We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us in protecting the digital world.

We are looking for a Senior BI professional who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate can both analyze complex business data and design scalable BI solutions, using SQL and modern reporting tools. This role will work closely with finance teams, analysts, developers, and data engineers to transform raw data into meaningful insights and reporting solutions that drive business performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and implement business intelligence solutions, including data models, reporting layers, and dashboards.
• Develop SQL-based data transformations and data models to support financial and operational analytics.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools across the organization.
• Define and maintain clear, traceable business metrics and KPIs to measure business performance.
• Analyze financial and operational datasets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Improve and automate reporting processes and data workflows.
• Develop advanced Excel models for financial and business analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and DBAs to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate findings and BI solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.

• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL) with experience building complex queries and data transformations.

• Experience with data modeling and working with complex data sources.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Power BI

  • SSAS (Tabular or Multidimensional)

  • OLAP technologies

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial data or finance reporting.

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts (star schema, fact/dimension modeling).

• Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines.
