We are looking for a Senior Market Data Analyst to provide the sustained sourcing, validation, modeling, and cross‑functional reporting needed to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

This position will analyze market data to provide insights on customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape. The Market Data Analyst will help drive strategic decision-making by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within our business lines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market data including demographic trends, customer needs, product offerings, pricing strategies, etc., using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, Qualtrics, etc.
  • Gather information through surveys or interviews with partners/customers to better understand their experiences and preferences.
  • Identify patterns in the data to identify opportunities for improvement within various business units.
  • Present complex findings clearly and concisely via dashboards & reports that are easy for stakeholders to interpret.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across functions to develop solutions based on your research.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years experience working with quantitative methods, statistics, survey design, and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SQL, Tableau, and Qualtrics.
  • Strong understanding of market research principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with survey design and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills who takes initiative to seek out new challenges.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
