WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to define project scope, structure, work plans, and timelines, ensuring successful execution using established methodologies and tools.
- Take ownership of functional responsibilities and deliverables, including process design, requirements gathering, vendor evaluation and selection, fit/gap analysis, functional solution design, testing, training, reporting, user support, and ongoing optimization of business applications.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive internal technical documentation.
- Administer and manage business tools and integrations, including evaluating, scoping, and implementing new configuration requests for platforms such as Gong, DocuSign, Avaya, Alchemer, OnceHub, and others.
- Partner with Sales and Support leadership to maximize Gong AI insights for performance improvement, coaching, pipeline visibility, customer sentiment analysis, and operational reporting.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions by training Sales and Support teams on Gong AI capabilities, best practices, and data-informed workflows.
- Create and maintain project documentation, application and architectural design materials, and tool-specific best practice guidelines.
- Perform essential administrative functions such as user account management, access controls, security configurations, dashboards, reporting, workflow automation, and routine system maintenance.
- Manage, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and various business applications.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting a variety of business systems and SaaS tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, computer systems, and modern SaaS technologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. And also an excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to and engaging with senior leadership.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including familiarity with installed packages and integrations.
- Preferred experience supporting or administering Gong, with knowledge of conversation intelligence platforms and AI-powered analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI-enabled tools in Sales and Support operations, translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management platforms is a plus.
