  • Design, maintain, and optimize Flows and other automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work across teams.
  • Build and refine reports and dashboards to provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
  • Perform regular data quality checks, drive data hygiene initiatives, and maintain governance around duplicates, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure system performance and stability.

  • Deliver user enablement through training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to improve adoption and CRM usage.
  • Support leadership by ensuring Salesforce configuration aligns with KPIs, reporting needs, and evolving operational priorities.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements.
  • Maintain strong governance and adhere to Salesforce security standards, compliance requirements, and internal best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging features, implementing improvements where beneficial to the business

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting a varied base of Salesforce users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured, scalable solutions.
