We are looking for a strategic Regional Finance Manager who will oversee full financial operations and manage a team. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to achieve strategic business objectives and drive organizational performance. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee the full financial management of 4–5 legal entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, strong internal controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 2–3 finance professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results, including:
    • Trend and variance analysis
    • Balance sheet reconciliations
    • Accruals and related accounting activities
    • Financial review and management reporting
  • Prepare and review annual statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations and applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements across all assigned entities.
  • Oversee VAT returns, corporate tax processes, and other statutory filings in collaboration with external advisors where applicable.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external consultants.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities across the assigned entities.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, payment controls, and month-end activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization of finance processes across entities.
  • Develop and enhance financial reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks across all assigned legal entities.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including people management responsibilities in an international or multi-entity environment.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Lead, or Senior Accounting Manager with ownership of multiple legal entities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
  • Experience managing statutory reporting, tax compliance, VAT processes, and audit coordination.
  • Solid understanding of local accounting standards; IFRS experience is required, and US GAAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English is required; additional European languages are considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications are considered a plus.
