The Partner Marketing Manager LATAM is responsible for driving partner-focused marketing initiatives across the region to strengthen Acronis’ presence within the channel ecosystem and accelerate revenue growth. This role works closely with regional marketing, regional sales leadership, global marketing teams, and strategic partners to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support partner engagement, lead generation, product adoption, and business expansion.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-oriented marketing professional with experience in channel or partner marketing, capable of adapting global strategies to regional market needs while managing multiple initiatives across LATAM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the positioning of Acronis as the preferred backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity vendor within the regional partner ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to localize and adapt campaigns to partner and market needs across LATAM.

  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and partner growth strategies.

  • Develop and execute regional lead generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth, increase product adoption, and expand partner engagement.

  • Support regional and global partner communications to effectively deliver key company messaging and campaign updates.

  • Create and execute channel marketing programs including webinars, nurture campaigns, events, tradeshows, email campaigns, incentives, contests, and partner enablement initiatives.

  • Provide operational and logistical support for regional marketing activities, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF), Purchase Orders, reporting, and localization/translation of marketing materials.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, partner engagement, and marketing effectiveness across the region.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Ability to successfully work in a hybrid and remote environment.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in B2B IT marketing and marketing strategy development.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive, and professional approach.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for partner events, tradeshows, and regional sales meetings.
