What will you do?

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications.

• Architect and manage hybrid cloud deployments using AWS and OpenStack.

• Oversee the implementation and orchestration of containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

• Integrate and manage messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.

• Drive automation of infrastructure and deployment processes.

• Monitor system health and manage incidents to ensure high availability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead Agile/Scrum practices.

• Optimize and tune database design for performance.

You should have

• Extensive experience in cloud computing with AWS and OpenStack.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Strong expertise in JVM and Java web servers/servlet containers.

• Proficiency in messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.

• Advanced skills in using version control systems (Git).

• Experience with hybrid cloud deployments.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to incident management.

• Experience in database design and performance tuning (nice to have).

• Proven track record in leading teams and driving Agile/Scrum development processes.
