GoodData is looking for a RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in Prague.
Our Team
The RevOps (Revenue Operations) team is based in Prague and supports business units in both the Czech Republic and the USA. We collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Internal BI, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth operations across the business. Our focus is on optimizing processes, enabling insightful reporting, and developing our go-to-market tool stack.

If you join us you will
Perform operational tasks to support CRM workflows and related financial processes
Ensure high data quality in all stages of the customer lifecycle
Provide user support, training, and guidance on methodologies and systems usage
Prepare and manage CRM reports, KPIs, and SLA tracking
Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes and tools
Manage user access and permissions within our systems
Maintain basic system configuration, including updates to products, pricing and business rules
Support systems enhancements by contributing to analysis, requirements definition, and testing
Handle data operations such as deduplication, bulk edits, and CSV imports
Contribute to our process documentation and internal knowledge base
About you
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Operations, or a similar role
Experience working in sales or finance operations
Hands-on experience with CRM systems - preferably Salesforce
Comfortable with reporting, data imports and making bulk data changes
Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools and applications.
A team player who is not afraid to roll up sleeves and get things done
Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work independently.
Manage your time well, with flexibility to work from home and occasionally support US time zones
Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
It is nice if you have
Understanding of sales processes and/or basic accounting principles
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g. advanced Excel, basic SQL)
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g. Python, Java, or HTML)
Exposure to API integrations or technical systems thinking
Knowledge of Salesforce admin basics, such as fields, validation rules, and workflows
