LOCATION: USA (West Coast Territory)

Located remotely in the USA

**PST or MST time zone preferred as this role will be responsible for the West Coast territory

Required Job Duties:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
  • Engage, educate and nurture early-stage buyers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements via qualifying using MEDDIC sales process
  • Ability to articulate and conceptualize GridGain value proposition
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Develop additional sales pipeline by researching and reaching out to existing and new accounts
  • Manage, track, and report all activities using Salesforce
  • Provide post-event support by following up on leads with calls and emails
  • Perform effective online sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Help maintain the integrity of CRM data through regular research and contacting customers/prospects for updated information
  • Represent GridGain at industry tradeshows periodically, as needed
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in a lead generation role in technology
  • Working knowledge of database, data warehouse, middleware, high performance computing etc.
  • Track record of over-achieving meeting and opportunity generation quota
  • Highly self-motivated, goal oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of the sales administration process working with Salesforce
  • Strong phone presentation and prospecting mentality
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing
  • BA/BS Degree
