REQUIRED JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for GridGain’s leading data management products: GridGain In-Memory Computing Platform, GridGain Control Center, and GridGain Nebula.
• Oversee the creation of new products and features, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Apply expert knowledge of databases, distributed systems, and cloud computing to define product vision and roadmap.
• Create market-leading products that solve complex data management challenges and drive customer success.
• Work closely with executive management to define the product vision aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify customer needs to shape product direction.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into compelling product features and enhancements.
• Lead the product roadmap planning process, considering customer requirements, competitive landscape, and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize initiatives and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Mentor and guide product managers, help them grow their skills and contribute to the company's success.
• Collaborate with executives, sales, and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
• Engage with customers, gather feedback, and advocate for their needs within the organization.
• Support product launches, providing product knowledge, training, and guidance to internal teams and customers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science related field (e.g. Software Engineering)
• 8 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Must have at least 2 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

1. Java software development
2. Product or project management in an Agile environment.
3. Data management systems engineering.
4. Cloud computing.
5. Managing cross-functional teams
6. Working with Apache Ignite.
