HOVER is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a successful track record of partnering with Engineering leaders to scale teams by hiring top talent. We’re looking for a collaborative Recruiter who can create an interview strategy, own full-cycle recruiting efforts, and help us build and scale talent initiatives that lead to hiring more efficiently, objectively and with an emphasis on building a world-class team.

You will contribute by:

In this role you will partner with Engineering leaders to build and execute on an effective hiring strategy. You’ll intentionally build and optimize talent pipelines for a wide variety of roles by sourcing, networking, and creating a compelling and far-reaching talent brand. You’ll own full-stack, front-end and CV/ML roles. As part of the Recruiting Team, you will incorporate industry best practices and establish our own using a data-driven approach.

Your background includes:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (i.e. software engineers, machine learning engineers, etc.)
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re a collaborative problem solver who approaches recruiting strategically.
  • You’re committed to your pursuit of the best candidate and business partner experience.
  • You’ve mastered the tools of the trade for sourcing, candidate management, talent branding and collaboration. Currently, our tech stack includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem.
  • You’re passionate about diversity & inclusion, analytics, talent branding, or training & enablement.

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we encourage employees to be in the office 1-2 times per week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.

The US base salary range for this temporary full-time position is $111,000-$162,000 annually . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
