Hover is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise-level accounts and expand our footprint within low share of wallet customers. We are seeking an individual with outstanding relationship-building skills, strategic acumen, the ability to work creatively in ambiguous situations, and possess a talent for driving revenue growth by aligning customer needs with the value propositions inherent in Hover's products.
You will contribute by:
Your contribution will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through the strategic acquisition and expansion of enterprise accounts. You'll lead the charge by developing and implementing tailored sales strategies, concentrating on key industries and verticals, all while fostering relationships with high-level executives. Collaboration will be at the forefront of your approach as you closely collaborate with internal teams, exchanging insights to enhance our offerings and guarantee customer satisfaction. Your proven track record of surpassing sales targets will play a vital role in propelling our company towards continued success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Actively engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationships, leveraging their networks to drive business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expansion within low share of wallet and net new accounts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address client challenges and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our offerings to deliver maximum value.
- Manage complex sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to gather insights, share customer feedback, and align on strategies to enhance product development, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives within targeted accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Represent Hover at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and generate new business leads.
Your background includes:
- 8+ years experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on acquiring net new customers and expanding market share.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify high-potential opportunities.
- Consultative selling experience, with the ability to conduct needs assessments and articulate the value proposition of complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations to senior managers and C-suite executives
- Strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic cross-functional partner, collaborating effectively with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer success to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position ranges from $160,000 - $182,000 with an OTE of $320,000 - $364,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
