About the position

Hover is looking for a Revenue Strategy Manager to join our team during a critical growth phase for the company and help scale our Go To Market efforts.

You’ll be joining the Revenue Operations & Strategy team, where our mission is to add leverage to the GTM teams, multiplying their impact, and driving revenue growth.

You will contribute by leading a variety of strategic projects at Hover, including but not limited to the examples below

  • Strategic Projects to Drive Growth: Partner with Hover sales leaders on various projects to hit our revenue & growth goals - for instance, spear-heading a program to cross-sell a new product to existing accounts (e.g., pull target customer lists, set goals with leaders, track performance, generate insights, etc.).
  • GTM Performance Insights & Reporting: Gather data, generate insights, create dashboards, and provide recommendations on Hover’s GTM team performance including customer insights, forecasting, and revenue performance, etc.
  • Customer intelligence & Customer Journeys: Equip the go-to-market teams with reliable and robust customer intelligence. Diagnose current data, choose metrics to gather, and create a sustainable process to obtain this data. Create workflows to use this information for our sales efforts - included but not limited to sales led triggers based on customer actions, targeted communication based on C/L reasons, etc.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to set GTM strategy which includes how we segment and define ICP, how we set quotas, and how we organize and resource the team.

Your background includes

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Revenue / Sales Operations, Business Operations, and/or Analytics at a Technology Company. Alternatively, 2-3 years in Consulting.
  • You are analytically oriented
    • You love digging into data, can autonomously build business cases
    • You have experience and comfort using SQL for complex analyses
    • You have experience and comfort with a leading BI/Dashboarding platform (e.g. we use Tableau but it’s okay if you’ve used other options)
  • You’re operationally minded and scrappy
    • You’re open minded and willing to experiment and try different solutions to drive results
    • You’re able to take an ambiguous problem statement and propose a simple yet effective solution using the tools & data at your disposal
  • You’re a great cross-functional partner
    • You enjoy being the connective tissue in this area across Sales Finance, Sales Leadership, Channel Leadership, Systems, Data Engineering, Analytics
    • You can effectively communicate and manage up to more senior stakeholders within the organization
    • You are a great listener, collaborator, empathetic towards others, and able to build effective cross-functional relationships

Hybrid roles at Hover

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000 - $162,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
