What You'll Do
As a Business Recruiter at Hover, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and G&A leaders to scale their teams. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop strategic hiring plans, and ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience. You’ll build strong, diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing, cultivate referrals, and innovate new top-of-funnel strategies alongside your hiring partners.
You will contribute by
- Partnering GTM, Sales and G&A leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Building and managing talent pipelines through sourcing passive candidates, networking, and referrals
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, data-driven recruiting practices, and candidate experience
- Leading or contributing to strategic recruiting programs like interviewer enablement, recruiting analytics, or talent branding
- Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to hiring teams, elevating their approach to attracting and evaluating talent
Your background includes
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles.
- Exceptional communicator—clear, concise, and influential
- Think strategically and solve problems with a proactive, collaborative approach
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Skilled in sourcing, candidate management, and talent branding tools (we use Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem)
- Strong interest in diversity & inclusion, recruiting analytics, or talent enablement initiatives

Hybrid roles at Hover
Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000 - $176,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
