We’re looking for a driven Community & Performance Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the CMO, this hybrid role combines the best of both worlds: supporting campaign execution across paid channels and building meaningful engagement with our caregiver and family community. This hybrid role helps the marketing team by supporting paid performance efforts while also building trust, retention, and advocacy via community.

Performance Marketing

• Support execution and optimization of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels.

• Assist with A/B tests, creative refreshes, and retargeting campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance daily, prepare weekly reports, and support KPI tracking (CPL, CAC, ROI).

Community Management

• Manage and grow caregiver and family communities (Facebook groups, WhatsApp, forums, in-app).

• Spark engagement by sharing updates and posting success stories.

• Collect feedback and insights from community members and relay them to product/ops.

• Support CRM initiatives (emails, newsletters) with authentic community content.

• Help turn satisfied users into advocates (testimonials, referrals).

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or community roles.

• Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong communication skills and empathy to connect with caregivers and families.

• Analytical mindset: comfortable tracking metrics and reporting results.

• A “doer” attitude: can juggle execution tasks with relationship-building.

Why we founded marta.

When we were seeking 24-hour care for our loved ones, we often felt left alone in this complicated and highly overpriced market. In addition, we became angry when we realized that the agencies were taking most of the salary we paid our caregivers. After five years of unsuccessful search for a reputable agency, in 2020, we took on the mission to improve 24-hour care in Germany and ultimately founded marta.

In memory of Marta, who lovingly helped us care for our grandparents for years, we named the company after her.

We firmly believe that caregivers will take better care of our loved ones if we at marta provide them with fair working and living conditions. Our goal is to fundamentally improve the 24-hour care market by building a platform that brings caregivers and families together without any other intermediaries. We enable caregivers to earn a better salary through lower placement fees without families paying more.
