About Minut
Minut is a startup dedicated to building a world where shared spaces run seamlessly. We believe in a world where teams can manage properties without friction. Where neighbors and guests coexist peacefully, multifamily communities thrive, and technology supports better decision-making at every level. We do this by a combination of hardware, full-stack software, and AI.
Headquartered in Sweden and trusted by customers in more than 100 countries, we're a lean, fast-moving team building technology that makes a real difference for the people who manage shared spaces every day.
About the role
We're hiring a Consumer Growth Manager to own Minut's self-serve revenue channel. You will develop and execute strategies to help customers find and buy Minut, and grow revenue from the customers we already have.
Self-serve is one of our two core growth engines. You'll own the full picture: our online store, our Amazon global presence, our referral and affiliate programme, and the customer marketing and product-led growth (PLG) motions that turn initial sale into a long-term, expanding subscriber.
This is a commercial role with a revenue number; if you're energised by owning a channel end-to-end, from first click to renewal, this is a rare chance to be the lead.
What We're Looking For:
You have:
5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience, ideally at a company where the product has both hardware and software/subscription componentsReal Amazon Seller Central experience — you've managed listings, handled account issues, and know how FBA works in practiceA track record of improving conversion rates with data, not just instinct — you're comfortable in analytics and reporting and know how to run a clean A/B testExperience designing and executing customer lifecycle, retention, or upgrade/upsell programmesExperience owning a revenue number, not just a project listComfortable working with data — you can build a performance dashboard, interpret cohort data, and make clear decisions from itEnough commercial sharpness to challenge assumptions about what's actually driving (or killing) conversion and retentionAI-native mindset — you're already using AI extensively in your day-to-day work, can build AI agents and automated workflows, and actively look for ways to use AI to scale operations and drive better resultsStrong preference for:
Experience running or growing a referral or affiliate programmeFamiliarity with PLG motions or product-led upsell in a SaaS or hardware/software businessFamiliarity with Chargebee, HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar subscription billing/marketing automation platformsExperience at a direct-to-consumer or prosumer brand where hardware and SaaS overlapExperience in a scale-up or startup environment where you've had to build from scratchYou're the right fit if:
You're energised by having a clear revenue goal and the autonomy to go after itYou default to data, but you're not paralysed without a perfect data environmentYou're a direct communicator who flags blockers early rather than quietly missing targetsYou don't need a large team or elaborate process to get things doneYou think about growth as one connected system — acquisition and expansion — not two separate jobsYou know how to use AI to automate repetitive processes and scale projects efficiently. How we work
Small team. Direct communication. High ownership, low process overhead. We use Notion, Slack, Chargebee, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, GA4, and Amplitude. You don't need to know all of these on day one, but you do need to be comfortable getting up to speed fast.
Practicalities & Benefits
Co-ownership - you’ll receive an equity stock options package. If the company value increases, so does the value of your stake.Learning – Be part of an environment highly focused on knowledge and developing new skills.Wellness grant - You may use up to £50/month towards any wellness-related activities, such as gym membership or sports activities.A hybrid working policy (at least 2 days per week from our London office). Our office is in Runway East, 189 Shaftesbury Avenue, London.UK workplace pension scheme.Private dental scheme.Bike-to-work and workplace nursery schemes.Off-site – Company-wide retreat in beautiful locations.A fair chance
