What we do at Minut?

The Operations team is responsible for building and maintaining the company clockwork. They are responsible for keeping everything running and enabling the other teams to execute at the peak of their potential.

Operations is the glue between the seams. Implicitly this means a wide variety of touch-points. Defining a single operations strategy is difficult. Instead, we've built on Minut's values and developed a set of guiding principles for how we work throughout four thematic areas: 1) People, Culture and Organisation, 2) Supply & Distribution, 3) Finance, and 4) Customer Support.
