You’ll be the go-to person for eCommerce brands, guiding them through onboarding, running conversion experiments, analyzing ROI, and seamlessly integrating our dashboard into their daily workflows.

What You’ll Achieve
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of customer success and technology, driving meaningful outcomes for our clients while shaping Moonshot AI’s client success strategy. You’ll wear many hats and have a ton of autonomy as you influence the future of how eCommerce brands use AI to achieve unprecedented growth.
You Will Also:
- Be the bridge between clients and our engineering team, ensuring we consistently deliver jaw-dropping results.
- Own the onboarding experience, making sure clients get up and running effortlessly with our platform.
- Collaborate with clients to design, run, and track A/B tests that drive measurable conversion rate optimization (CRO) outcomes.
- Show off the value Moonshot AI delivers through ROI reports packed with actionable insights.
- Build lasting relationships by holding regular check-ins with stakeholders and becoming their trusted advisor.
- Solve technical challenges, train clients on the platform, and share best practices for success.
- Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to make sure client feedback drives innovation.
- Develop and refine processes for onboarding, support, and client retention as we grow.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a problem solver who loves collaborating with clients, thrives in fast-paced environments, and gets excited about the intersection of technology and business.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Solution Engineer, preferably in SaaS.
- Familiarity with web technologies (like HTML, JavaScript) and an understanding of CRO platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills – you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive customer success.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
