The Role

We’re seeking a customer-facing, data-driven Account Strategist (CRO-focused) with 2–4 years of experience to manage and grow a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce clients.

This is a client-facing, agency-style role where you will own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and delivery across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with internal CRO and growth teams to support experimentation programs (including A/B testing) and help translate performance data into actionable insights for clients.

Success in this role requires a balance of client management, analytical thinking, and storytelling—you’ll be responsible for building trust with clients while helping them understand and act on data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, serving as the primary point of contact

  • Own communication cadence, including status updates, reporting, and client calls

  • Partner with CRO and growth teams to support experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing

  • Translate testing results and performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients

  • Build and deliver client-facing presentations, reports, and decks that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations

  • Help prioritize and align testing roadmaps with client business goals and customer needs

  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client strategy, digital marketing, or analytics—preferably in a client-facing agency or DTC environment

  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence client decisions

  • Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and experimentation results (A/B testing exposure required)

  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and client-friendly recommendations

  • Experience with deck-building and presenting to stakeholders

  • Understanding of e-commerce, UX, and conversion optimization fundamentals

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
