The Role
We’re seeking a customer-facing, data-driven CRO Strategist with 2–4 years of experience to support conversion rate optimization initiatives for a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce clients.
This is a client-facing, agency-style role where you will work across multiple clients, supporting both strategy and execution of experimentation programs (with a strong emphasis on A/B testing). You’ll partner with senior team members to deliver insights, contribute to testing roadmaps, and help drive measurable improvements in performance.
You will analyze data, build client-ready presentations, and communicate insights clearly, growing your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for different stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Support CRO strategy and execution across multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, including audits, test planning, and reporting
Assist in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing user behavior to identify optimization opportunities
Help develop KPIs and testing roadmaps across advertising (campaigns, landing pages) and website experiences (UX, checkout flows)
Partner with senior strategists to manage client relationships, contributing to calls, presentations, and ongoing communication
Contribute to building and maintaining a testing pipeline, helping prioritize and document experiments
Pull, analyze, and synthesize performance data to uncover insights and support recommendations
Create presentations, reports, and decks that communicate findings and results to clients and internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams to support execution
What You'll Bring
2–4 years of experience in CRO, product, UX/UI, or data analytics, preferably at a DTC brand or client-facing agency
Experience supporting multiple projects or clients in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into insights
Hands-on experience with A/B testing or experimentation, with a desire to deepen expertise
Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, UX/UI principles, and conversion drivers
Experience with data storytelling and building presentations (client exposure is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn how to manage client relationships
A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly
