At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now seeking a Recruitment and HR Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process and pipelines, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring smooth communication between the teams.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Arrange interview schedules, travel arrangements for candidates, and manage last-minute changes.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy in the ATS (Lever)
- Assist in reporting on hiring metrics and recruitment progress
- Coordinate job postings and documentation
- Help with the organisation of different recruitment events
- Support in tasks related to personnel administration and HR operations
- Management of paper and electronic correspondence in accordance with procedures
- Handling shared email inboxes and distributing tasks to the appropriate departments
- Creation of internal policies and process documentation with support from more experienced team members
- Support day-to-day Recruitment and HR activities

- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Recruitment and HR best practices
- Great written and verbal communication in English
