At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a People Partner to support and shape our people strategy as we continue to grow. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and teams, while also handling selected operational HR activities to ensure smooth day-to-day people processes. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive, can-do attitude, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What are the things you can expect to do:
- Own and improve people processes to make them simple, practical, and easy to use
- Partner with managers and employees to launch initiatives on leadership and culture.
- Run employee surveys and turn feedback into real improvements
- Support performance management through regular feedback and strong team-building
- Balance people initiatives, manager ownership, and HR operations with minimal bureaucracy
- Look into country-specific labour law topics to support international work and mobility
- Manage people programs end-to-end and guide managers on complex topics
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding, continuously improving the employee experience
What skills we’d like you to have:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Reliability, consistency, and strong attention to detail
- Energetic, proactive, and able to plan and work independently
- Able to offer practical solutions, make decisions, and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Passion for helping people grow and understanding how employee performance affects business results
- Experience in different types of companies, from large organisations to small startups
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering people projects with measurable impact
