At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Business Operations Intern, who will serve as the right hand to the Chief of Staff and a key support pillar for the CEO’s office, helping to scale a deep-tech company from the inside out.
Offer essentials:
- Work with robots every day
- See up close how a Robotics / Physical AI scale-up operates
- Salary: 6000 - 8000 PLN UoP/B2B per month
- Flexible working hours
- English-speaking environment
- Lively office environment opposite to Pole Mokotowskie
Here is why we love this job ourselves, and hope you will enjoy it too:
- We build robots powered by AI.
- We are in a very exciting, rapid scaling time - just after the successful Series B!
- We have them deployed in clients warehouses at scale and see their real impact on critical operations.
- We’re still medium sized and very hands on - everyone has a direct impact on the final result
- Our team has built Google Warsaw, unicorn startups (Climate Corp), tested rocket engines and worked at top companies such as Nvidia, ByteDance or McKinsey. Now we shape the future of smart robotics together!
Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Translating high-level strategy into executive-ready narratives and high-stakes board presentations.
- Managing the "rhythm of the business" by tracking and executing critical cross-functional initiatives.
- Organizing messy information into clear, actionable structures to support investor relations and fundraising.
- Ensuring operational delivery by collaborating directly with the executive team on "fast-moving" projects.
- Solving ad-hoc challenges, from preparing briefing notes for external partners to supporting high-impact company events.
What skills we’d like you to have:
- Advanced Google Workspace Skills
- Structured communication: Ability to turn complex data into clean, persuasive narratives
- Proactive problem solving - take initiative, come with a solution
- Versatility and adaptability: You are equally comfortable diving into a financial spreadsheet, designing a creative deck or helping out with Client visit logistics
What should you expect once you apply?
- Initial Screen: A brief chat to align on goals and your interest in the robotics space.
- Case Study/Task: A practical exercise to showcase your ability to structure information and build a narrative.
- Interview Loop: Meetings with the Chief of Staff and members of the leadership team.
- Important: expect detailed feedback regardless of our decision.
