At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Campaign & ABM Marketing Manager, who is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our growing marketing team. This role is crucial for driving pipeline growth within our target accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on strategic ABM initiatives and managing end-to-end campaign operations, primarily utilizing HubSpot.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

    Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategic ABM programs targeting defined high-value accounts in DACH and UKI in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
  • Manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (including email, digital advertising, content syndication, and direct mail) designed to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
    Identify, curate, and personalize content and messaging for specific target accounts based on their industry, pain points, and stage in the buying journey.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all ABM initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Campaign Management & Operations
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including awareness, demand generation, and lead qualification programs.
  • HubSpot Ownership: Be the primary owner and expert for ABM campaign setup and execution within HubSpot, including landing page creation, form management, list segmentation, and comprehensive campaign tracking.
  • Nurture Campaign Development: Create and optimize robust lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot to move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices for deliverability and performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Establish clear metrics and reporting dashboards (within HubSpot and other tools) for all campaigns and ABM programs.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
  • Work closely with the Content team to brief and acquire necessary campaign assets (e.g., e-books, webinars, case studies).
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover, feedback loops, and campaign support.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure data integrity and proper tracking of all campaign activities.

What skills we’d like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or ABM, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; certification is a plus). Must be comfortable setting up complex workflows, campaigns, reports, and segments.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead management process (MQL, SQL, SAL, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
