We’re on the lookout for a creative, data-loving Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Petcube!

At Petcube, we build tech that helps people care for their pets — from smart cameras to 24/7 online vet support. If you get excited about the idea of driving growth through emails that people actually want to open (and maybe even forward to friends), keep reading. 🐶

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and execute engaging email marketing strategies that drive sales, retention, and brand love.
• Own the email stack — currently Mailchimp & Sendgrid, but we’re open to switching (maybe Klaviyo? You tell us).
• Analyze performance, tweak flows, and obsess over open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Dream up engaging content ideas and write/email briefs that designers love to work on.
• Test subject lines, CTAs, formats — and test again.
• Use automation & segmentation to run lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, win-backs, promos, etc.).
• Keep us compliant (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, best practices).
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Brand, Product, Support, and beyond).

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in DTC e-commerce.
• Confident with platforms like Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Klaviyo, etc.
• Sharp copywriting skills in English (C1 level or higher).
• Comfortable analyzing metrics and translating them into action.
• Experience running A/B tests and refining based on results.
• The obvious one: you love pets 🐕🐈

Nice-to-haves

• HTML/CSS basics for formatting.
• SMS marketing experience.
• Familiarity with US customer behavior or DTC brands.
• Background in tech or pet products.
