Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central (US and EU), with strong operational execution skills
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, data exports, cross-checks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful — you don’t wait to be told what’s broken
• English proficiency (Intermediate+)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other e-commerce platforms
• Background in DTC ecommerce or consumer electronics

Key Responsibilities

• Amazon (Primary Focus) Amazon Seller Central operations
• Handling Amazon account audits and compliance
• A/B testing and listing optimization
• Listing creation (single and variation setups)
• Monitor pricing anomalies, MAP violations, and Buy Box fluctuations across all Amazon locales
• Track and report listing performance (sales, content health, suppressed items, etc.)
• Competitors tracking and analysis
• Submit and monitor support tickets (e.g., pricing errors, ASIN merges, brand approvals)
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks for product launches: A+ content uploads, gallery assets, Store updates
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports using internal templates and Amazon data exports

Other Marketplaces (Walmart, Website)

• Monitor listing prices and visibility on Walmart and DTC stores
• Check for inconsistencies in available product content
• Upload or assist in testing new store visuals (product galleries, bundles, merchandising assets)

Cross-Marketplace Ops & Admin

• Register and manage various IDs and compliance elements (LUCID, VAT, OpenPhone setup, API, etc.) – learn new on the go & try
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, translators, analysts) to deliver on operational tasks
