Since our launch in February 2017, we grew to more than 300 employees and expanded across the European region. Throughout this journey, we've successfully concluded three substantial funding rounds, selling hundreds of thousands of products. Thanks to our team's efforts, we were recognized as the Top Employer in the DACH region (2023 and 2024) by Kununu and secured the title of an ACM Preferred Employer (2023).

We are currently looking for a VP of Supply (f/m/x) to join our team. This role will lead the supply side of our marketplace, working closely with our suppliers (sellers) and securing strong partnerships to ensure we bring the best and most attractively priced assortment to refurbed.


  • You have +10 years of experience in ecommerce marketplaces, especially on Sales, Partnership and Assortment side, as well as preferably with second-hand or refurbished products
  • You have established and built out large B2B partnerships successfully
  • You have extensive people leadership experience, including management of managers, and are highly motivated to develop people and have previously brought out their best potential
  • You are a highly strategic thinker, have excellent analytical skills and an outstanding track record of working with cross-functional teams
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are ambitious about growing with us and advancing our mission (also beyond a mere job description)


  • Directly report to our Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, working closely with our entire c-level leadership
  • Lead our Supply department and teams and coach them for success
  • Develop our supplier proposition and build long-lasting relationships with our key suppliers to ensure we have the best assortment on the platform to achieve our vision
  • Continuously develop our supply strategy for future growth and create new product offerings for our suppliers
  • Stay on top of industry developments and trends, attend relevant forums to advance our supplier management and create in-depth understanding of supplier needs
