We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trade-in Business Developer to scale our trade-in proposition to positively impact customer retention and build out a new supply sourcing channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and/or scaling trade-in solutions for a telco, refurbisher/distributor or marketplace operating in consumer electronics. In this position you will be part of the Supply Department and report to the Head of Category Management and Business Development.


  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully growing a trade-in proposition within a major player in the technology sector
  • You bring deep industry expertise in the Consumer Electronics recommerce sphere, including technical knowledge
  • You have strong execution skills and can work with cross-functional teams
  • You have strong project management skills and excellent communication skills
  • You are result-driven and a fast learner
  • You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus


  • You will set the vision and strategy for the trade-in program, including defining scope, channels and partners
  • You will drive execution of most impactful initiates and collaborate closely with multiple teams
  • You will establish strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers
  • You will ensure operational excellence and identify optimisation opportunities
  • You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, establish and maintain a wide network in the industry
