We are currently looking for a Strategic Supply Project Manager (f/m/x) to join our team. This role will play a vital part in leading strategic projects for our Supply side of our marketplace and future-proofing our refurbished assortment offering for our next phase of growth.


  • You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce or another fast-paced environment
  • You have worked within or with e-commerce players on the topic of supply chain and legal / technical requirements, preferably with preloved products
  • You are familiar with technical and regulatory requirements within the refurbished / second-hand industry
  • You are a highly structured thinker, have excellent analytical skills and an outstanding track record of working with cross-functional teams
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are ambitious about growing with us and advancing our mission


  • Lead and implement critical projects for our Supply side, as part of this coordinating input of various cross-functional teams
  • Drive answers to questions of high technical and legal complexity for our Supply side
  • Break down and communicate complex problems in a structured, analytical way
  • Identify improvement areas for the Supply side and work with c-level and other teams to realize these


  • You have gained experience within the refurbished / second-hand goods industry before
