We are on the lookout for a motivated Business Administrator to join our team! Our company is dedicated to implementing cutting-edge solutions and ensuring seamless processes for our clients. Who you are:

  • You have a degree or are in the process of completing your studies and have a desire to start work in business; or you have experience within business administration
  • You have a keen interest in administrative tasks and systems with a process-orientated mindset
  • You are tech-savvy and eager to learn about the use of IT to enhance account management
  • You possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You are detail-orientated and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You are proactive, seek solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment

What you will do:

  • Assist in gathering and organizing documents from clients to ensure smooth processing and accurate record keeping
  • Implement automation tools to streamline various administrative tasks and improve efficiency
  • Support the setting up and refining of new processes to enhance operational workflows
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and suggest practical solutions
