Virtuozzo is the leading provider of virtualization and cloud infrastructure software that enables service providers, ISVs and enterprises to deliver secure, robust and highly-performant private and public cloud solutions for SMB, enterprises and ISVs. We are currently looking for a Channel Manager to join our EMEA Sales Team.

Be responsible for all aspects of growing and nurturing the partner network and of accelerating sales through partner channels. The Virtuozzo Sales team is looking for a Channel Manager to join us in EMEA. In this role, you will be the primary business contact for Virtuozzo partners in the country. You'll collaborate with partners to help develop pipeline and guide and close deals. As a Channel Manager, you will be in close contact with internal Virtuozzo teams like Sales, Finance & Operations. You'll develop and own the partner strategy and guide the enablement and development of partners in the country to grow the channel business. What You Will Do

  • Work with existing and potential channel partners to grow the business and meet sales quota by creating business plans and strategies with local field sales teams
  • Manage and develop close channel partner relationships with C-level executives in partner organization
  • Create go-to-market strategies with the partners by promoting co-marketing opportunities and programs
  • Meet or exceed planned quarterly and annual targets for channel partners
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new partners
  • Manage internal Virtuozzo representatives like solutions architects, consultants, and inside sales representatives to support sales and account expansion efforts
  • Provide support to partner sales organizations through training, customer visits, technical and administrative information, demonstrations, or customer price quotes
  • Define and manage the investments required to implement long-term growth initiatives with partner accounts
  • Develop and implement joint business plans to increase revenue on our technologies and ensure partners' engagement

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business, or marketing
  • Many years of experience in partner or sales management
  • Experience in strategic planning, go-to-market strategy, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives in partner organizations
  • Understanding of infrastructure software and open source technologies is a plus
