Marketing Coordinator

Virtuozzo is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing efforts across the team. As the marketing coordinator, you will help define and execute digital marketing campaigns, coordinate field events with vendors, partners and customers and assist with cross-team coordination of marketing projects. The coordinator will also be responsible for interfacing with the press and media relations agency to support PR activities and campaigns. The marketing coordinator will also execute the external off-site campaigns involving logistics management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, and content marketing.
• Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
• Liaise with legal and finance departments to support marketing vendor management, ensuring contract renewals are kept up to date.
• Plan and maintain the social media and events calendar including scheduling posts, analyzing engagement and promoting employee advocacy.
• Conduct regular market research to inform digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain partner marketing materials within the partner portal and ensure resources are updated and accurate and the coordination of the new materials as needed.
• Assist the marketing team with media relations campaigns and coordinating press and media coverage of key announcements and events.
