Virtuozzo Channel Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this pivotal

position, you will be responsible for expanding our channel partner network,

driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of channel

programs specifically tailored to the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Regional Channel Partner Development:**

• Identify, recruit, and develop strategic channel partners across the APAC

region.

• Foster strong relationships with existing partners and continuously seek

opportunities for expansion.

2. **Revenue Growth and Market Expansion:**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment

with regional market trends.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market

presence in the APAC region.

3. **Customized Channel Programs:**

• Design and implement channel programs customized for the unique

characteristics of the APAC market.

• Ensure effective communication and adaptation of global programs to meet

regional requirements.

4. **Cross-Cultural Communication:**

• Navigate cultural nuances and effectively communicate with partners from

diverse backgrounds.

• Develop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics to tailor

communication and strategies accordingly.

5. **Training and Enablement:**

• Provide targeted training to channel partners in the APAC region, ensuring

they are well-equipped to promote and sell Virtuozzo solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create region-specific training materials.

6. **Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:**

• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities

specific to the APAC region.

• Utilize market intelligence to refine strategies and stay ahead in a dynamic

market.

7. **Performance Metrics and Reporting:**

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the APAC channel

network.

• Provide regular reports and insights to management on regional channel

performance.
