We are looking for a Southeast Asia & Korea (SEAK) Enterprise Account Manager to join our APAC Sales team reporting into the Vice President of APAC Sales.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • 30 days: Complete onboarding, develop a comprehensive understanding of the Virtuozzo products and solutions, and begin prospecting and identifying potential strategic business opportunities.
  • 60 days: You will have reviewed key account plans with the extended teams and have met your top 10 customers while reaching out to the others.
  • 90 days: You will have the fundamentals of pitching and demoing the portfolio's elements. You will have enabled your transactional channel for volume business and closed on simple use cases contributing top-line growth to the business.
  • 180 days: You consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Actively identifying and developing larger strategic business opportunities. You are partnering with the internal teams to drive customer adoption, value realization, and new opportunity creation to identify new use cases and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to promote the Virtuozzo solutions.
  • 360 days: Closing multiple strategic business opportunities, contributing to significant revenue growth while playing a pivotal role in expanding market share and increasing customer adoption of the Virtuozzo solutions. You will continue to provide valuable feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.

As part of the Virtuozzo APAC team, you will be expected to:

  • Build effective business relationships with customer IT managers, Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
  • Facilitate executive workshops to consult on the transformation of Virtuozzo and influence business and strategy.
  • Develop high-quality Value Cases and assist in ROI and TCO analysis.
  • Establish solid working relationships with Virtuozzo teams, sales leadership, Professional Services, and Channel Sales teams.
  • Spread best practices among accounts/account teams and elevate strategic mindshare with those accounts.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated sales Leader who can drive the creation of a sustainable deal pipeline and hire new channel partners.
  • A Self-starter who takes the initiative and works with limited direction to manage complex deals while relying on a solid background in infrastructure, application, Cloud Software/Services Sales, Hardware as it relies on what is required for the deployment of Virtuozzo’s products and services, Partners/Customers Management, Retention, Planning and Upselling cycles, etc.).
  • History of solid relationship building with customers and channel partners, with proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within large and complex organizations. A highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team members.
  • Analyzes available market trends, using market research tools and leveraging own contacts to Drive Success.
