We are looking for experienced Training Program Manager to lead the development of partner and

employee training.

What You Will Be Doing

• Interfacing with the internal stakeholders from Product, Sales, and Marketing, Support, and Professional Services to collect training requirements.
• Develop and own roadmap Training Program, including development of new training courses, certification programs, and maintenance/deprecation of existing ones.
• Build and maintain training paths for different internal (Sales, Support, Professional Services) and external (direct customers, channel partners).
• Develop and own roadmap for internal and customer-facing LMS (Learning Management Systems).
• Promote and champion the use of internal LMS within organization and help line managers identify and fix skill and knowledge gaps of their team members.
• Drive adoption of certification programs through external LMS in partnership with Marketing among direct customers and via sales channels to boost the adoption of Virtuozzo technologies.
• Align scope of work, deliverables, and milestones with a small team of training developers (combining the roles of instructional designers and Junior-Mid level product experts)
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent communications skills in English: stakeholders are international and speak with various national accents.
• Proven experience in English proficiency is a must.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (stakeholder management) is a must.
• Background in development of online training programs is a must. Proven experience in building training programs for a software vendor will be a plus.
• Previous experience of building online training programs using LMS us a must. Familiarity with
• LearndashLMS or other WordPress-based LMS will be a plus.
• Proficiency in roadmap management is a must. Proven experience building and maintaining roadmaps with deliverables dependent on other functions will be a plus.
• Previous experience working as Product Manager or Product Owner in software development company will be a plus
