We’re looking for an engineer who combines strong coding skills with a passion for systems testing, performance analysis, and collaborative innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated tests and frameworks for functional, performance, security and reliability testing.
• Operate production-like, scalable test environments.
• Investigate system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with universities to establish and grow software research labs.
• Research and adopt emerging testing technologies, including AI-driven tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a strong plus).
• 3–5+ years of experience in SDET, software engineering, or QA automation for large-scale SaaS systems.
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability, performance, scalability, security and modern testing frameworks.
• Passion for innovation.
