We are now looking to expand our EMEA sales footprint by hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager focused on Long Tail accounts — customers with smaller recurring revenue, but big potential.
About the Role
As an EMEA Inside Sales Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of ~100–150 existing long-tail accounts. Your mission is to grow, retain, and reactivate these customers by building strong commercial relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent engagement. You’ll act as the trusted commercial contact for customers who may not have dedicated high-touch support, helping them succeed through proactive outreach and close collaboration with our BDRs, SEs, and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of long-tail accounts across EMEA and act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters.
- Drive account retention, reactivation, and growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account health and engagement, proactively addressing signs of churn.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with:
- BDRs for handovers and opportunity qualification.
- SEs and Product experts for demo and technical validation.
- Marketing for engagement and nurturing campaigns.
- Professional Services and Support for onboarding and issue resolution.
- Manage light technical conversations; loop in SEs when advanced demos or architecture discussions are needed.
- Suggest improvements in automation and process workflows in SFDC.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally in the cloud, SaaS, or tech space.
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools or structured sales processes is an advantage.
