What You’ll Do
- Provide daily support to internal teams via IT helpdesk
- Manage SaaS system access (e.g. Microsoft 365, AD), including audits and reconciliation
- Set up and maintain user accounts, groups, and shared resources
- Maintain and monitor internal servers (Linux, Windows, MacOS)

- Support and maintain internal hardware (laptops, network equipment, etc.)
- Collaborate with Security and IT to document and improve internal processes
- Contribute to a culture of automation, security hygiene, and service reliability
What You Bring
- 2+ years of Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu)
- Good understanding of networking principles
- Working experience with Windows and MacOS systems
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory
- Basic hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support role
- Exposure to virtualization platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Apache, Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Zabbix, Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes—or interest in learning them
What We Offer
- Hybrid work setup – 1 day/week in the Sofia office, the rest remote
- Stock options – we all share in Virtuozzo’s success
- Professional development – support for certifications and growth
- Private medical insurance (location dependent)
- Flat structure – minimal bureaucracy, direct impact
- Collaborative culture – smart, down-to-earth teammates who care about automation, security, and doing things right
