What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare journal entries for bank transactions and assist in cash management.
• Process and code invoices, ensuring full accuracy and timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process employee expense reports efficiently.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date records of all accounts payable activities.
• Support the month‑end close process and audit preparations.
• Organize and file all documentation in an orderly, timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
• Contribute to special projects and system implementations as needed.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Controller.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian, including business-level communication.
• Solid understanding of banking systems and related processes.
