About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager / Partner Success Manager to nurture and grow existing customer relationships, drive retention, and expand revenue across Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Hosting Providers.
You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts — ensuring adoption of the Virtuozzo Hybrid Platform, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account growth plans (upsell and cross-sell).
- Manage renewals, support escalations, and day-to-day client communication.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders.
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction signals, and churn risks.
- Support onboarding, feature adoption, and multi-site deployments.
- Maintain forecasting, renewals, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Share customer insights with Product, Marketing, and SE teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS.
- Background in B2B infrastructure, hosting, or IaaS (preferred).
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Teams, Slack, Zoom.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization, storage (VMs, KVM, S3), and licensing models.
